LazyTimer provides a free online countdown timer and stopwatch service accessible through web browsers. The Service includes:

Currently, LazyTimer does not require account registration. If premium features requiring accounts are introduced in the future:

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LazyTimer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission.

6. Free Service and Premium Features

LazyTimer's core timer functionality is provided free of charge. We may offer premium features in the future, which will be governed by additional terms and require payment. Premium subscriptions may include:

7. Payment Terms (Future Premium Service)

If you choose to purchase premium features:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• You can cancel your subscription at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the Service

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that our Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAZYTIMER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Damages from reliance on any information obtained from the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Accuracy of Timer

While we strive to provide accurate timing, LazyTimer is not intended for critical timing applications where accuracy is essential. Factors that may affect timing accuracy include:

• Browser performance and resource availability
• Device processing power and battery state
• Internet connectivity issues
• Background processes and system load

Do not use LazyTimer for applications where precise timing is critical (medical procedures, scientific experiments, legal deadlines, etc.).

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time with or without notice
• Change these Terms at any time by posting updated terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LazyTimer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with LazyTimer, you agree to first contact us at support@lazytimer.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LazyTimer regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
